Lithuanian Milk Producers‘ Association (LPGA) was established on June 24, 1993.
The Association unites Lithuanian milk producers, their cooperatives and agricultural companies.
LPGA is the member of Lithuanian Agriculture Council, and a full member of European Milk Board (since 01-04-2015).
The goals of LPGA are the following: - To represent the interests of milk producers in EU, national governmental and self-governance institutions, as well as other stakeholders of milk and dairy sector; - To develop and initiate measures ensuring development of milk and dairy sector in Lithuania; - To promote competitiveness of milk farms; - To participate in the activity of international organizations that represent the interests of milk producers.
Scope of the activities of the Association – representation of interests and education of stakeholders of milk and dairy sector.
